Caroline KortewegCaroline Korteweg focuses her practice on general corporate litigation matters and civil proceedings. She advises and litigates on matters involving complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, directors' and professional liability, contract law, and disputes related to breach of contract, tort, and damage claims. She also represents domestic and international clients in corporate litigation proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Lemstra van der Korst in September 2018, Caroline was a member of the corporate and commercial litigation practice group of the international law firm Jones Day. She graduated from Utrecht University in 2015, having completed a BSc, LL.B and LL.M degree there. In 2013, Caroline finished a Summer Law and English Program at the University of Southern California.
