Christian Klooster specialises in private-law dispute resolution, focusing on company law and insolvency law.
Before joining Lemstra Van der Korst in 2020, Christian practiced with HBN Law in Sint Maarten and with CMS in Amsterdam. During his time at CMS, Christian focused on (cross-border) restructuring and bankruptcies and acted as a trustee in bankruptcies.
Christian is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association (Vereniging Corporate Litigation).
