Ingmar Wassenaar

Ingmar Wassenaar specializes in corporate litigation and international arbitration. He has vast experience representing a wide range of clients in international arbitration proceedings, as well as proceedings before the civil court, including the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Alongside practising law, Ingmar is a regular contributor to the ‘Tijdschrift voor de Ondernemingsrecht Praktijk’, the Journal of Corporate Law Practice. He is also a frequent guest lecturer at the universities of Leiden, Nijmegen and Amsterdam.

Prior to co-founding Lemstra Van der Korst, Ingmar practised with NautaDutilh and Houthoff.

Ingmar is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association (‘Vereniging Corporate Litigation’), and he also maintains a strong international network through the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).
