Kim Spruitenburg is a corporate law dispute resolution specialist.

Kim’s passion for the law flourished as a researcher and teacher at the Van der Heijden Institute of the Radboud University of Nijmegen. She completed her PhD, focusing on ‘Parties entitled to request inquiry proceedings concerning public and private limited companies (NVs and BVs)’. Prior to joining Lemstra Van der Korst, Kim clerked at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Kim regularly publishes articles on Dutch corporate law.
