Loes de Visser


Senior Associate

Loes de Visser specializes in dispute resolution in the field of corporate –, commercial- and insolvency law. Loes regularly advises and litigates on cases involving commercial disputes, takeover and shareholder disputes and directors’ liability (both in and out of bankruptcy). She also represents clients in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Also, she has a great deal of experience in advising on the enforcement of security rights.

Before joining Lemstra Van der Korst, Loes practised litigation and was part of the transaction team at Clifford Chance, focusing on (cross-border) restructuring and bankruptcy.

Loes is a member of the editorial board of the leading Dutch legal journal on corporate law, ‘Rechtspraak Ondernemingsrecht’ and graduated cum laude from the postgraduate master Company- and corporate law at the Grotius Academy.

Loes is a member of the Association of Corporate Litigation (‘Vereniging Corporate Litigation’).
