Christian Klooster specializes in corporate and commercial litigation and has a vast experience representing clients in proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
As a dispute resolution expert, he advises and litigates on behalf of companies, their directors, shareholders and workers councils in various disputes concerning (inter alia) company takeovers, directors’ and supervisors’ liability.
Before joining Lemstra Van der Korst in 2020, Christian practiced with HBN Law in Sint Maarten and with CMS in Amsterdam, where he focused on (cross-border) restructuring and bankruptcies and was regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcy proceedings.
Christian completed the Grotius Corporate Litigation course (cum laude) and is a member of the Association of Corporate Litigation (‘Vereniging Corporate Litigation’).
