Galina de Vink specializes in corporate and commercial litigation and mass claims.
As a dispute resolution expert, she advises and litigates on behalf of companies, their directors and shareholders in a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes concerning commercial contracts and directors’ and supervisors’ liability.
She also litigates and advises on collective settlements (WCAM) and proceedings regarding collective action claims (WAMCA).
Before joining Lemstra Van der Korst, Galina worked as a law assistant at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
Galina is a member of the Association of Corporate Litigation (‘Vereniging Corporate Litigation’) and the Association for Collective Action Lawyers (‘Vereniging Voor Massaschade Advocaten’).
