Isabelle Top specializes in corporate, commercial and insolvency litigation, and mass claims.
As a dispute resolution expert, she regularly represents national and international corporations in a wide range of complex high profile commercial and corporate disputes, concerning commercial contracts and directors’ liability.
She also litigates and advises on collective settlements (WCAM) and proceedings regarding collective action claims (WAMCA).
Before joining Lemstra Van der Korst, she worked at Simmons & Simmons, Houthoff and Linklaters.
Isabelle is a member of the Association of Corporate Litigation (‘Vereniging Corporate Litigation’), the Association of Young Litigators (‘Vereniging Jonge Procesadvocaten’) and the Association for Collective Action Lawyers (“Vereniging voor Massaschade Advocaten”).
