Liselotte Willems specializes in corporate, commercial and insolvency litigation as well as in class actions. She has vast experience representing clients in proceedings before civil court, including the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
As a dispute resolution expert, she advises and litigates on behalf of companies, their directors, shareholders and workers councils in various disputes concerning (inter alia) company takeovers, directors’ and supervisors’ liability. She also litigates and advises on collective settlements (WCAM) and proceedings regarding collective action claims (WAMCA).
Prior to joining Lemstra Van der Korst, she was a member of the Litigation & Arbitration and the Restructuring & Insolvency practice groups at Houthoff.
Liselotte is a member of the Association of Corporate Litigation (‘Vereniging Corporate Litigation’).
