Tobias Korvinus specializes in corporate and commercial litigation and has vast experience representing clients in proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
As a dispute resolution expert, he advises and litigates on behalf of companies, organizations and shareholders in a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes concerning commercial contracts and directors’ and supervisors’ liability.
He also advises and litigates on collective settlements (WCAM) and proceedings regarding collective action claims (WAMCA) and follow-on damages litigation.
Before joining Lemstra Van der Korst, Tobias was part of the Permanent Representation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the European Union in Brussels.
Tobias is a member of the Association of Corporate Litigation (‘Vereniging Corporate Litigation’).
